I begin my third week of half marathon training tomorrow. Gym Schedule (because I am a pansy and refuse to run in the cold and snow) is as follows:
Monday: 2 miles
Tuesday: Weights
Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: Calisthenics
Friday: 4 miles
This weekend, my boyfriend is taking me away for my birthday. I can't wait for a special weekend away, just the two of us.

I think you are one smart cookie for training on the "dreadmill" in the cold PA weather! I don't know if you already know this but crank the incline up to 2.0 to counteract "belt pull". I've heard a lot of people say that is the best way to utilize the mill for winter training because it simulates the road.
